Old Dixie Hwy Yard Sale on June 8, 2013. I found so many bargains & deals that I've already promised myself that I'm going again next year. Hopefully I can get further like the whole 90 miles. We (myself, daughter, 2 cousins, aunt, sister & nephew went about 50 miles but the time just went so fast that we couldn't finish the course. We started off at 8 a.m. and threw in the towel around 5:30p

Atlanta Steeplechase April 13th, 2013. 

My daughter & great friend Ana joined me at the 48th Annual horse race. It was a day full of firsts.

1) First time at the races

2) First time the 3 of us hung out together

3) First picnic of the year

4) First time I got my daughter to wear a hat 

Unfortunately, most people don't go to this race for the race but it's still a great family opportunity. Remember to pack your lunch and blankets.

My daughter & I made a pit stop by the cafe on our way home from Macon April 5th, 2013. The cafe was so cool, it looked just like in the movie.

Who would stop by the Whistle Stop Cafe and NOT get the fried Green Tomatoes
